Job Description
A client, a reputable real estate company located in Makati City, is seeking to hire an HR Officer – Organizational Development. Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- College graduate
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in organizational development functions, including performance management, training needs analysis, and culture audits.
- Highly analytical, flexible, and possess excellent communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati from Mondays to Fridays
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
