Job Description
Job Purpose:
The role of a Human Resource (HR) Officer is to recruit, support, train, and replace employees within the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Prepare or update employment records.
– Orient new employees on HR policies and procedures.
– Oversee the hiring process, including job postings and resume reviews.
– Monitor employee performance and manage related issues.
– Ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php18,00.00 per month
