Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Handle employee relations issues, including addressing conflicts and grievances.
- Assist in training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and career growth.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Prior experience in HR, preferably in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
