Job Description
Enchanted Kingdom, Inc. is currently looking for a Human Resource Officer for Recruitment. As a Human Resource Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening applicants, handling the end-to-end recruitment process, and managing the documentation related to the employment of new hires.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree; preferably, Psychology/Behavioral Science/Human Resource Management
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Knowledge in test administration and interpretation; interviewing skills; good written and verbal communication skills; knowledge in computer applications
