Job Description
Rising Business Concepts and Services, INC is seeking a dedicated and resourceful HR Officer. As a Staffing Specialist, your responsibilities will include advertising job openings across multiple channels such as job boards and social media, coordinating with department managers to identify hiring needs, and managing candidates’ information in our Applicant Tracking System.
You will also conduct pre-employment screenings, prepare hiring status reports, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php25,00.00 per month, along with supplemental pay including a 13th-month salary and overtime pay.
Schedule: 8-hour shift.
