Job Description
Human Resources is responsible for creating, updating, and enforcing all HR policies and company guidelines to adhere to standards and laws. Responsibilities include creating recruitment plans, generating official documents, conducting employee orientation, maintaining records, and evaluating performance. This full-time position offers a salary of Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month with benefits like employee discount, free parking, and opportunities for promotion. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
Schedule: 10-hour shift
Supplemental Pay Types: 13th-month salary, performance bonus, yearly bonus
