Job Description
– Graduate in a four (4) years degree in related fields such as Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Psychology.
– Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an HR role.
– Knowledgeable in HR functions (pay & benefits, training and development, etc.).
– Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator may be advantageous.
– Understanding of Labor Laws and Disciplinary procedures.
– Good Communication and Writing Skills.
– Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
– Proficiency with computers such as MS Office.
– Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
