Job Description
Techno Mold Plas Phils. Inc is seeking a qualified HR Officer to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Responsibilities include assisting in performance management processes, managing disciplinary and grievance issues, and maintaining positive relationships within the organization. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of HR experience, a degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management, and a solid understanding of labor laws.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits such as health insurance, paid training, and transportation services. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, day shift, with potential overtime.
