Job Description
What is your role?
- Lead payroll activities with our outsource partner.
- Lead in the overall salary benchmarking experiences.
- Experience in the use of SAP HR.
- Review and Analyze Market Data for recommendation on salary movements and job evaluation aligned with the current market.
Required Skills (Functional / Technical)
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably with SAP payroll experience; with at least 1 year of experience in Philippine Timekeeping processing.
- Proficiency in the preparation and presentation of analysis and reports.
- Experience in payroll processing and analysis is preferred.
- Resourceful and systematic.
Required Qualification / Experience
- A degree holder in Psychology/Accountancy or any related course.
- Able to work with minimum supervision under extreme pressure.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- SAP experience at least 1 year is required.
- Undergone training in salary administration, target selection, labor relations, & train the trainers.
- Has experience in salary management tool such as Mercer.
- Willing to work on site.
