Job Description
Responsible for the implementation of organization development initiatives. Executes training development programs to enable organizational effectiveness and culture building. Facilitates the performance management for the Conti’s Store Business Operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job (Psychology or Human Resource Management is preferred)
- Training / Knowledge / Certification: Organization Development Certificate is an advantage, Knowledge on Learning and Development process, tools and techniques, Knowledge on Organizational Development Process and tools, Training on effective presentations
- Has worked in an F&B industry before.
- Ability to effectively communicate in all aspects
- Strategic
- Very good in analyzing and solving problems
- Tech Savvy, Knows how to use Canva, Microsoft Tools, and Photo & Video editing tools
- Jolly and has a positive aura and attitude
- Highly presentable and outgoing
- Willing to attend face-to-face Final Interview
