Job Description
VALUE CHAIN SOLUTIONS, INC is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or a related field, with at least two years of relevant HR experience.
Key responsibilities include recruitment, training, employee relations, and managing compensation and benefits. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is essential. The candidate must be highly motivated and capable of working under pressure.
This is a full-time position with a monthly pay of Php15,00. Benefits include fuel discounts, health insurance, opportunities for promotion, and staff meals.
