Job Description
Villa Amparo Garden Beach Resort is seeking a committed HR Officer to enhance the development and execution of HR initiatives and systems. Key responsibilities include providing guidance on policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment processes, and creating efficient onboarding plans.
This position also involves developing training programs, supporting performance management, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements in maintaining employee records.
We offer a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Php13,00.00 to Php15,00.00 per month. Additional benefits include paid training, complimentary staff meals, an 8-hour work shift, overtime pay, and a 13th-month salary.
