Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various HR activities within the organization.
Your main duties will include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and maintaining HR records. You will also be involved in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of HR principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Previous experience in HR or a related field is required.
