Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Administration
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
- Good work ethic
- Strong people skills
- 2-5 years of experience in human resources or related field
- Proven experience in processing Compensation & Benefits and Payroll
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy
- Ability to give presentations
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law
- Graduate of any 4-year course BUT with proven experience as HR OFFICER/MANAGER
