Job Description
The HR Onboarding Associate is responsible for managing the onboarding process for new employees. They will work closely with hiring managers and new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate all onboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation, and training
- Ensure all necessary documents are completed and submitted on time
- Provide new employees with a thorough introduction to company policies and procedures
- Assist with any HR-related inquiries and provide support as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
