Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Onboarding Staff to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that new employees have a smooth transition into the organization and feel welcomed.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating the onboarding process, such as conducting orientation sessions, preparing necessary paperwork, and assisting with employee training. You will also be responsible for managing employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong understanding of HR processes and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Previous experience in onboarding and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations are highly desirable.
