Job Description
The HR Operations and Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources operations and payroll processes within the organization. This role involves overseeing payroll activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Key responsibilities include processing payroll accurately and timely, resolving payroll discrepancies, administering benefits programs, and providing support to employees regarding HR queries.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll procedures, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Prior experience in HR operations and payroll is preferred.
