Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of HR & Operations Coordinator at PeoplePartners Inc. This role combines human resources and office operations responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of our organization.

As the HR & Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for various tasks, including recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, managing office supplies, and coordinating events. You will also provide support to the HR department by assisting with employee relations, performance management, and training activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Prior experience in HR or office operations
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
