Job Description
We invite you to become a vital part of our dynamic team as an HR Operations Process Specialist. In this critical role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, overseeing the end-to-end execution of all HR operations while ensuring adherence to established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your key responsibilities will include identifying necessary controls, driving meaningful process improvements, and coordinating workstream reviews.
In addition, you will provide coaching and training for team members, support automation initiatives, and lead various process improvement projects. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources, strong analytical skills, experience in payroll processing, and proficiency in SAP. Strong communication skills and flexibility are essential as you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
