Job Description
ASTI Business Services Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to maintain and support employee hire, movement, and separation within our HRIS. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity, provide HRIS data support for Payroll and Recruitment, and deliver resolution for data discrepancies. Knowledge in HR CRM systems like ServiceNow and WorkDay is essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, with 2 years of HR experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month.
