Job Description
Flatplanet is actively looking for a committed HR Operations Specialist to become part of our dynamic team in Makati City. This role will involve providing vital administrative support to our HR department, which includes maintaining employee records in our HRIS (Oracle), ensuring data integrity, and generating necessary documentation such as letters and reports. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and be adept in Excel.
