Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Organizational Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As the HR Organizational Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategies to enhance our organization’s effectiveness and efficiency.
In this role, you will work closely with senior management and HR teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to drive organizational growth and development. You will be in charge of designing and implementing employee development programs, conducting training needs assessments, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Additionally, as the HR Organizational Development Manager, you will lead change management initiatives by promoting a positive organizational culture, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring a smooth transition during periods of change. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and providing reports to senior management on key HR metrics and trends.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in HR and organizational development, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. You should also have a proven track record in designing and implementing successful HR and organizational development programs.
