Job Description
Location: Project 8, Quezon City
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculations and deductions.
- Maintain payroll records for regulatory compliance.
- Resolve discrepancies and employee inquiries on pay and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR for employee updates and reports.
- Administer benefits and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
- Stay updated on payroll laws and recommend policy changes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in payroll processing or related HR role.
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and software proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,500.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training
Schedule: Day shift
