Job Description
First Sumiden Circuits Inc is seeking a qualified HR Records Management Assistant. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resources Management with at least 2 years of experience in HR, specifically in employee records and 201 file management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Analyze and evaluate records for retention and disposition
- Ensure records are reliable, relevant, and complete
- Adhere to legal and ethical records management practices
- Protect the privacy and confidentiality of records
Job Type: Full-time
