Job Description
Dextra Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and compliance. The role reports directly to the HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment.
- Create job descriptions.
- Source candidates creatively.
- Screen CVs for qualifications.
- Schedule interviews.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates and managers.
- Assist in other HR tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRDM, Psychology, or related field.
- 3 years of HR recruitment experience.
- Experience in US Healthcare recruitment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php30,001.00/month.
