Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies
- Conduct pre-screening interviews
- Manage the interview process
- Utilize various recruiting channels
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Collaborate with hiring managers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Manage candidate data efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with recruiting trends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Flextime
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mandaluyong City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
