Happy Island PPEC is seeking a 100% remote HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone screenings and virtual interviews.
- Post job openings on recruiting platforms and social media.
- Coordinate interview schedules and collaborate on hiring strategies.
Requirements:
- Graduate in HR, Psychology, or related field.
- High proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
