Job Description
- Recruiting, interviewing, and screening of candidates.
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Performing reference and background checks.
- Collecting data on cost per hire and time to hire.
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
- Working with hiring managers to create job descriptions.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
- Completing timely reports on employment activity.
- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.
- Monitoring absences/tardiness/AWOL, and issuing memos for the said offenses.
- Employee database maintenance and updating.
- Onboarding – pre-employment/company background and COC presentation.
- Developing, executing, and tracking goals for recruiting and hiring process.
- May need to travel to attend job fairs and visit partner colleges.
