Job Description
Join Solenergy Systems Inc. as a full-time HR Recruitment Analyst. In this role, you will support HR monitoring logs, assist with recruitment sourcing, and communicate with potential candidates to schedule interviews. You will also help verify candidate references and maintain HR records, ensuring a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.
Your responsibilities include coordinating with employees regarding hiring and concerns, implementing HR policies, and supporting general HR functions. We prefer candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of recruiting experience.
Benefits include on-site parking, a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, and a 13th-month salary.
