Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruitment and Policy Officer to join our team. As an HR Recruitment and Policy Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of recruitment strategies and policies within our organization.
Your main duties will include developing and implementing recruitment plans, conducting job analyses, and preparing job descriptions. You will also be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process.
In addition, you will play a key role in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with the HR team to promote a positive work culture, address employee concerns, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in recruitment and policy development.
