Job Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment process.
- Knowledgeable and up to date.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to render overtime if necessary.
- Detail oriented
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
- The HR Recruitment Assistant is involved in a company’s recruiting process. He/She specializes in the recruitment and placement of candidates. His/Her job responsibilities include contacting potential candidates, scheduling interviews and follow-ups during the recruitment process, and updating employee records.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
