Job Description
Majestic Packaging Product Corporation is seeking a motivated HR Recruitment Assistant to join our team at the Laguna Plant. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Biñan City, Laguna.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course (Business Management, BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related fields).
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Monitor employee movement and report to VP-Operations.
- Organize and maintain HR records.
- Assist with tasks assigned by management.
