Job Description
Tencav Corp. is looking for an HR Recruitment Assistant to join the team at our office located in East Service Road, Taguig City (near FTI).
Responsibilities:
- Source applicants from job sites, conduct interviews, and assist in recruitment activities
- Issue company IDs and other necessary documents
- Maintain file confidentiality
- Coordinate with clinic, bank, etc. for employee-related concerns
- Coordinate employee meals with the Commissary
- Conduct background checks on shortlisted candidates
- Schedule Pest Control activities at the head office
Job Specifications:
- Recent graduates in BS Psychology or Human Resource Management with Recruitment and Selection exposure (OJT) are encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Recruitment and Selection
- Highly trainable individual passionate about a career in human resources
Pay: Up to Php17,500.00 per month
