Job Description
Cleantech Autofuel is looking for a dedicated HR Recruitment professional to fill various positions, ranging from entry-level to managerial roles. The successful candidate will manage the complete recruitment cycle, which includes:
- Creating and posting job advertisements
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Conducting background checks
- Sourcing candidates from various organizations
- Implementing traditional recruiting strategies
- Organizing recruitment documentation
- Providing support to the HR Department
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, alongside strong communication skills and basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
Location: On-site at Head Office, Arayat, Pampanga. Starting salary is Php 16,00/month.
