Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sources and screens resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements.
- Conducts phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the job.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
- Uses various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites to attract potential candidates.
- Coordinates candidate interviews with hiring managers and provides feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conducts background checks and employment verifications.
- Manages the recruitment database and keeps accurate records of candidate information.
- Participates in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote our employer brand.
- Partners with different agencies, schools, or institutes for sourcing of candidates.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- With at least 1 year experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Preferably residing in Ortigas or San Antonio Pasig, or nearby areas
- Can start ASAP
