Job Description
Join Stonehenge Manpower as an HR Recruitment Specialist in Telabastagan, San Fernando.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant field
- Licensed Psychometrician (Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply)
- Experience as HR Staff/Assistant specialized in Recruitment
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment and payroll practices
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to conduct fieldwork
Benefits: On-site parking, pay raises, 13th month pay, overtime pay, performance bonuses.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Saturday.
Location: Must be able to commute or relocate to San Fernando, Pampanga.
