Job Description
The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for coordinating hiring activities, undertaking clerical duties, and maintaining candidate databases. They also handle records and resolve issues, as well as assist with new hire onboarding. Requirements for this position include a minimum of 2 years of experience in manpower or bulk hiring, proven experience as a Recruitment Assistant or similar role, familiarity with hiring practices and stages, and experience with recruiting software and social networks. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are also necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate hiring activities
- Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails and drafting offer letters)
- Prepare and post job ads online
- Resume screening and initial phone screens
- Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams, candidates, and clients
- Process background checks
- Maintain candidate database
- Handle records and paperwork
- Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
Requirements and Skills:
- MIN. EXPERIENCE – 2 years preferably in manpower or bulk hiring
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
- Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Great attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Problem-solving ability

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
