Job Description
ANT COLONY is actively seeking a committed HR Recruitment Staff member to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Aligning candidates with appropriate job positions.
- Overseeing compensation, benefits, employee training, and relations.
- Identifying and attracting exceptional talent.
- Managing the full hiring process, from defining job roles to onboarding new hires.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Additional Benefits: Includes 13th month salary, bonus pay, and overtime compensation.
Work Location: In person
