Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Write clear job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms.
- Source potential candidates from job sites, social media, and referrals.
- Review resumes to assess candidate qualifications.
- Conduct phone or video interviews to evaluate suitability.
- Negotiate salary and benefits with chosen candidates.
- Assist new hires in acclimating to the company.
- Maintain hiring records and statistics.
- Engage with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Promote fairness and diversity in recruitment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Location: Makati City
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1 year in recruitment
Willingness to travel: 25%
Expected Start Date: 08/05/2024
