Job Description
MFT INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION is seeking an HR Recruitment Staff to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Post job openings and screen resumes.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Provide feedback to candidates and managers.
- Assist with new hire onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with recruitment software and social media.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,00.00 per month
