Job Description
Neat Engagements Company Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Recruitment Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field and have at least 2 years of strong experience in recruitment.
The responsibilities include conducting various types of interviews, managing recruitment processes, and designing effective recruiting strategies. Candidates must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary starting at Php14,00.00, offering a flexible schedule with 8-hour shifts.
Additional benefits include a 13th month salary, commission pay, and overtime pay.
