Job Description
– With good communication and time management skills.
– With 1-year related work experience is a must
– Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
– Computer literate; MS Word, MS Excel and etc.
– Detail-oriented, knowledgeable in manual timekeeping and payroll process.
-Contribute to recruitment, new-employee orientations, and career development programs.
-Propose improvements in HR processes.
-Ensure compliance with employment and safety laws.
-Support employee performance reviews.
-Report to the HR Manager.
