Job Description
Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to develop a social media strategy aligned with HR goals and overall organizational objectives. Plan and execute campaigns to enhance the organization’s presence on social media platforms.
Create engaging and relevant content for HR-related initiatives, including recruitment campaigns, employee spotlights, and culture showcases. Curate and share industry-relevant content to enhance the organization’s thought leadership and positioning.
Contribute to the development and promotion of the organization’s employer brand through compelling storytelling and visual content. Showcase the company’s unique culture, values, and employee experiences.
Develop and implement strategies to boost employee engagement through social media channels. Facilitate employee participation in social media advocacy programs.
Coordinate and execute social media campaigns related to HR initiatives, such as recruitment drives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and employee recognition programs. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR-related campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Work closely with HR specialists, recruiters, and other stakeholders to gather content and ensure alignment with HR and organizational objectives. Foster collaboration with employees to encourage user-generated content and employee advocacy.
