Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage recruitment process for timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Lead and motivate the team, provide guidance, and develop recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Utilize ATS and recruitment software effectively.
- Collaborate with department managers, maintain recruitment metrics, and participate in recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and laws, excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in ATS and recruitment software, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry experience in Paper, Diaper, or FMCG required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
