Job Description
The HR Generalist will be hired under a 3rd Party Contractor.
Responsible for day-to-day administration of HR policies and programs. Functions as an HR Generalist with core responsibilities in Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and HR administration.
- Talent Acquisition: Fill requisitions with quality hires within the standard turnaround time; ensure all new hires go through New Hire Orientation on the first week of their employment; document regularizations and retrieve probationary evaluation results from Managers.
- System Administration of HR Systems (Workday, CTS)
- Supports the HR Manager on different country initiatives.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing Industry is a plus
