Job Description
WTW is hiring an HR Service Center Business Support Supervisor to manage daily GHRS operations while ensuring compliance with service level standards. Key responsibilities include administering ServiceCentral solutions, maintaining accurate employee records, and participating in various HR projects. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of HR issues, effectively monitor team tasks, and enhance internal customer service.
Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with experience in HR Shared Services, strong skills in Excel Data Analytics, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach. Candidates must be flexible, organized, and open to working rotating shifts during North American hours.
