Job Description
POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery Associate
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend weekly calls related to process
- Intelligent Operations- Update metrics (Efficiency, utilization, capacity utilization, system downtime, FTE availability), articulate Operational Excellence/internal tools
- Serve as Focal Person for other Project initiatives
- Other Adhoc report
OTHERS:
Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 6 months HR delivery experience
- Open to undergraduates with relevant experience
