Job Description
POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery Associate
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting all HR queries via ticketing tool
- Serves as SME for tool navigation and requires to be familiar with Quick Reference Guides (QRG) to provide excellent service/assistance
Others:
Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends
Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
