Job Description
- Handle Tier 2 tickets
- Attend weekly calls related to process
- Responsible for developing and ensuring integrity and consistency of set Payroll Admin processes/procedures applicable to the accounts being handled
- Serve as Focal Person for other Project initiatives
- Provide an accurate, complete and customer-friendly response when handling ticket service to employees
- Create and submit BAU and Adhoc reports within the team and the organization
