Job Description
8telcom Inc. seeks a dedicated HR Specialist to oversee payroll processing, employee relations, onboarding, and maintenance of HRIS records. This full-time, in-person role requires strong confidentiality, attention to detail, and adherence to labor regulations.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; minimum 2 years HR experience with payroll and employee coordination.
- Skills: Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office; thorough knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and labor law.
- Compensation: Starting at Php15,00/month.
